Notify your credit union when your address changes. We must receive your signature on paper in order to make the change. Simply type or write the following information:
The date you want the change to take effect.
Your member number.
Your name.
The new street address including apartment number if appropriate.
The city and state.
The zip code, preferably the Zip+4 code.
You must sign your request. No change will be made without a valid signature.
The following information is optional, but helpful in case we need to contact you:
- Your home phone number.
- Your work phone number.
- Your email address.
